  • Management, implementation, development and changes to information systems, as well as all Information and Technology Services, Telecommunications and line management of staff.
  • Responsible for formulation and delivery of ICT Strategy in the company. Work with internal staff, Partners and suppliers to plan, deliver and maintain systems and services across 17 sites. Reporting to the Finance Director.
Key Achievements
  • Developed RHP's 3 year ICT systems and development strategy which links into the Corporate Plan.
  • Managed a team of support and development staff who deliver support and systems to a user base of 160 located across 17 sites.
  • Implemented Customer Contact system which linked into other core systems to provide real-time access to corporate/customer information.
  • Implemented data analysis and management team to manage data warehouse which is used to link all corporate data and is disseminated to other core systems.
  • Implemented new ledger accounting system including asset Management, sales invoicing, debt management and corporate allocations modules.
